Job Summary

The Group Licenced and Regulated Roles (GLRR) programme has been initiated to implement a new global approach to individual licensing and regulatory regimes to enable SCB to comply with its regulatory obligations, better serve our customers and clients, and enhance our operational effectiveness. The programme will design and implement a new framework, including: a target operating model; a central repository of relevant roles and other enabling IT tools; set minimum requirements that each country operates within; control and oversight mechanisms; regulatory process improvement; and migration of licenced and regulated roles administration to HR on a phased basis.
