Purpose of the role

The Global Legal Project and Value Pricing Manager plays a critical operational role on global client engagements spanning more than 50 countries. Working with senior legal, business and client leadership, the role manages day‑to‑day budgeting and coordination of services, ensuring consistent execution across teams, ALSPs and technology platforms. The Manager owns the full budget lifecycle—from annual planning and forecasting through real‑time monitoring and reallocation—and acts as the primary financial partner to firm partners and client stakeholders, in collaboration with a global billing coordinator. The Manager also leads legal service delivery efficiency initiatives and the integration of AI and automation into financial workflows, turning manual processes into intelligent, scalable systems and serving as a trusted operational partner for the Firm’s most strategically important client relationships.
