The role is responsible for supporting the **Global Records and Information Management (RIM) Center of Excellence (CoE)** in developing global standard operating procedures, as well as performing segment/function testing and monitoring of key controls.

This position reports directly to the **MBPS Risk and Control Director** , with matrix reporting to the **Global RIM Director** . It requires strong communication and management skills to oversee multiple programs and lead discussions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Conduct annual risk assessments to identify Records and Information Management (RIM) process gaps at the Segment and Business Unit levels.
