What You’ll Do

We are looking for a structured, proactive, and analytical professional to support the evolution of our global People Operations function.

In this role, you will help strengthen key People Operations processes through governance, documentation, use of data, and continuous improvement in a global environment. You will work in close alignment with the Global Sr. Manager of People Operations to ensure priorities are executed consistently.

This role does not require deep HR expertise. We are looking for a self‑starter with strong operational thinking, problem‑solving, and process design, and solid delivery discipline.

Process, Governance & Knowledge Management

• Review key People Operations processes for clarity, scalability, and consistent application. Lead or co‑lead scoped improvements, in partnership with senior team members, when gaps or inefficiencies are identified.
