Job Description
Job Purpose:
Delivering an exceptional level of customer satisfaction for the Customer relationships on a day to day basis and be the customer’s point of contact for all service related issues, ensuring TD SYNNEX fully meets its own financial KPIs and the customer’s required Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Responsibilities:
Be the central contact for a number of customers and their supply chain business
Manage and maintain a good working relationship within all areas of the Operational team, the procurement / supply chain teams and other TD SYNNEX departments such as Credit, Finance, Logistics, IT, Tax & Compliance etc.
Effectively manage all incoming communication from the customer including telephone, email and system messaging
Management of SLAs; TD SYNNEX KPIs
Ensure reports are gathered, analysed and actioned upon to ensure compliance
Escalate service level issues to internal stakeholders
