**Responsibilities:**

**Responsible for leading the end-to-end transformation of Citi’s Global Offboarding function, establishing and executing Citi's enterprise-wide employee separation strategy. In-depth understanding of how the offboarding function contributes to achieving the organization’s objectives. A good understanding of the industry, regulatory landscape, and employment law across multiple jurisdictions is essential. Requires thorough understanding of the strategic direction of the offboarding function within HR Delivery, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas.
