About the Role

We’re looking for a Global L&D Programs Lead to build and scale leadership capabilities across the organization. This role is about shaping how leaders think, decide, and show up—from first‑time managers to senior global leaders. You won’t just run leadership programs—you’ll define what great leadership looks like at Galderma and embed it into the business.
