Amgen is seeking a Global Lead of HR Systems and Solutions – reporting to executive director, global talent management in the Human Resources function. This leader will have responsibility to define a clear technology roadmap that meets organizational objectives and to deliver key HR systems capabilities. Additionally, this leader will engage frequently with HR and DTI (technology) executive management and partner closely with business stakeholders as the domain expert. This role will lead a team of system specialists in the planning, development, management, deployment and support of systems such as Workday across HCM, Security, Compensation, Talent Acquisition (ATS), Performance management, Time tracking, Absence management, Payroll, HR Data Analytics and reporting, and for ServiceNow HRSD case management and portal, EDM and other HR supporting systems within the Amgen eco-system.
