What You'll Do

As Senior Manager – SaaS Engineering for SAP Fieldglass, you will serve as the technical configuration lead for the global implementation of SAP Fieldglass. You will own the end‑to‑end configuration strategy and execution, ensuring the system is designed, built, and deployed in alignment with the global operating model.

This senior, hands‑on role requires deep SAP Fieldglass expertise. You will act as the internal design authority, partner closely with implementation partner, Product analyst and cross‑functional teams to ensure technical rigor across configuration build, testing, and deployment phases.

You will balance strategic oversight with detailed configuration execution to ensure scalability, compliance, and long‑term sustainability of the solution. You will also serve as the Fieldglass reporting expert within our team and deliver ongoing reporting support to our end users.
