Job Description
Centific Global Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Support professional to manage high-impact customer incidents. This role serves as the central point of contact during critical service disruptions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 2β5 years of experience in technical support, with proven skills in incident and stakeholder management. Proficiency in English and either Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is required. This position involves working 9 hours per day across 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift.
