Overall Description: 

In this role, you will lead and develop a global offshore Talent Acquisition hub, ensuring high-quality and scalable delivery of sourcing, talent pipelining, and recruitment operations to support global hiring needs. You will play a key role in the build-up phase of a new team supporting several global recruitment teams.

We are looking for a confident leader with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience working with global Talent Acquisition delivery models.

You will play a central role in establishing ways of working, building team capability, and driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and service delivery.
