Job Description
Panda International is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Basel, Switzerland, to lead Talent Acquisition service management and oversee Organisational Development initiatives. In this global role, you will work closely with the HR Leadership Team and senior business leaders.
Ideal candidates should possess over 10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years as an HR Business Partner. Responsibilities include vendor management, collaboration on strategic initiatives, and translating business needs into HRIS solutions.
Applicants should be business fluent in English and hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, or Psychology, with a Project Management certification.
