The individual acts as the lead subject matter expert for client and CBRE FM function and is required to provide guidance and assurance to client on compliance to Health and Safety requirements across all Client locations. You will provide leadership and support to the CBRE FM Team on health and safety matters and will drive client health and safety initiatives and corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with Client Asset Managers and key stakeholders in order to establish credibility from a health & safety perspective.
