Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a high‑growth, globally operating technology firm to appoint an accomplished Global Head of HR Operations. This critical leadership role is based in Singapore and is responsible for driving operational excellence, scalability, and consistency across global HR operations in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

This role will have end‑to‑end ownership of global HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR service delivery, process optimisation, operational governance, and systems enablement. Reporting directly to senior executive leadership, the Global Head of HR Operations will partner closely with People Partners, Talent, Reward, Technology, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure HR operations are efficient, compliant, and scalable as the organisation continues to grow globally.
