Job Description
What are my responsibilities?
- Global responsibility for the Engineering division in accordance with the Chief Technology Officer’s (CTO) specifications
- Integrated product development with platform and product management, production and purchasing to ensure market-compliant and production-ready solutions
- Establishment and further development of a high-performance, cross-functional, global engineering organization through the further development of a systematic and key performance indicator-oriented approach
- Establishment and development of global locations to regionalize development expertise and strengthen the APAC and AMERICAS regions
