Responsibilities

• Pharmaceutical‑related background, with at least a bachelor's degree.
• More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with over 5 years of global feasibility experience.
• Specialized in pre‑award feasibility area.
• Experienced in team management. Preference will be given to those who have assisted in establishing teams or departments within a company.
• Work experience in a general company, with preference for those with experience in a Global CRO.
• Dedicated to their job, good at communicating and collaborating with the team, and have a good image.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
