Event Implementation Manager | 1 Year | Novena | UP to $4800β’ Monday to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Scope:
International Event Implementation
β’ Manage end-to-end coordination of international events, including vendor management, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
β’ Oversee participant logistics such as RSVP tracking, travel coordination, and on-site event operations
β’ Support post-event processes, including documentation of outcomes and follow-up actions for relevant workstreams
General Support
β’ Assist in coordinating initiatives across One Health-related areas, including planning and administrative support
β’ Prepare communication materials and support the organisation of workshops, meetings, and capacity-building activities
