Reporting to the Global Retail Excellence & Education Head, the Global Education Manager provides end‑to‑end program management of the Retail Academy—our flagship learning platform. The role ensures the Academy is strategically designed, flawlessly executed and continuously improved, combining operational excellence with a strategic mindset to support business priorities across brands and markets.
