Mission : Reporting to our Global Retail Excellence & Education Head, the Global Education Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end program management of the Retail Academy—our global flagship learning platform. This role ensures the Retail Academy is strategically designed, flawlessly executed, and continuously improved.

The role requires a highly organized and proactive learning professional with strong program‑management capabilities, a solid understanding of retail education environments, and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across global stakeholders.
