ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Global Ecommerce Manager, youβll be a driving force in this transformation. Youβll lead a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of curiosity, originality, and accountability.
You will be responsible for leading the Ecommerce strategic direction to deliver our online commercial growth plans through a world class customer experience, aligned to the brand strategy. As a core part of the customer team you will lead the digital customer experience, focused on bringing the Typo brand to life through a best-in-class online experience. From site UX through to content and customer journey, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects our design-led direction and delivers commercial impact.
You will be responsible for the Ecommerce team and work cross-functionally, as well as internal stakeholder partnerships to deliver innovative digital solutions with commercial impact globally.
