Job Responsibilities

• Review Kinaxis supply plan and act on order creation/ cancellation/ changes.
• Evaluate and prepare SKU level Material Availability plan (MAD).
• Manage Product on global allocation. Negotiate with WW if allocated qty is insufficient to meet business needs.
• Support Escalation from Regions to Global Network Planner & reverse.
• Communicate supply allocations to region.
• Manage Interco / STR-STO maintenance process, ensure creation and health of STR/STO/POs and resolve issues if system is not creating STR/STO/PO in line with expectation.
• Lead Supply S&OE Planning to align PO creation & amendment in due dates.
• Lead Supply S&OE Planning on global allocation management if there are shortages or surplus as per Global Business guidelines & alignment.
