The Global Delivery Division Lead has a multifaceted role in building and managing a high-performing team that supports the onboarding of new Clearwater clients. Their responsibilities include recruitment, retention, training, and motivating team members. They oversee performance management through 1-on-1s and reviews, facilitate career growth, and act as a knowledgeable escalation point for inquiries. They also implement metrics to measure project and process success, drawing on their expertise in financial instruments and accounting. They collaborate with product management to enhance client onboarding and ensure smooth knowledge transfer between teams.
