JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Key responsibilities

• Support Compliance QE in finalizing the GQMP for DPP and ensure Data Owners are trained and capable of executing it.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, understand priorities, and act as the voice of the customer.
• Own the creation and prioritization of the development/IT backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria (Definition of Ready).
• Conduct demos and walkthroughs with business teams to gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Remain engaged throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring strong alignment within the working team to achieve project goals.
