The Enterprise Services and Public Affairs (ESPA) team seeks to enhance and protect the reputation of Citi, its businesses, and the brand through direct and indirect communication with Citi's various stakeholders, including our colleagues.

This role, Vice President, Services Communications, is a mid-level communications position responsible for the day-to-day execution and coverage of Citi's Services franchise. As the Services business has grown in scale, visibility, and external scrutiny, the communications demand has shifted from periodic engagement to continuous, operational coverage. This VP role will provide hands-on execution capacity to support the sustained volume, pace, and complexity of communications activity generated across Services, including payments, liquidity, trade & working capital, investor services, and issuer services.
