**The Role**


This hybrid role is responsible for leading global commodity strategy and multi-site PCBA/SMT partner performance to deliver cost competitiveness, supply resilience, quality, and operational execution. The role blends strategic sourcing, supplier and contract management, capacity planning, and cross-functional leadership to support reliable production, successful launches, and long-term business objectives.

**What You’ll Do**


+ Develop and execute global commodity and sourcing strategies that improve cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and supply continuity
+ Lead cross-site and cross-regional supplier performance for PCBA/SMT and related commodities, including business reviews, escalation management, and operational issue resolution
