Job Description
- Develop global and regional Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain accounts, achieve annual new customer acquisition targets, and drive successful onboarding and first-order implementation.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of target QSR customers' requirements, including product specifications, delivery timelines, and cost expectations. Develop tailored commercial solutions and secure long-term supplier partnerships.
- Manage pricing and commercial negotiations by balancing cost structures and market competitiveness to ensure target gross profit margins for the QSR export channel while protecting brand value.
- Establish a customer segmentation and account management framework for QSR clients. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery performance, and service levels to maintain customer retention and repeat business.
