Description
We are seeking an experienced General Ledger Accountant for an open-ended contract opportunity with a growing organization. This role will support month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and general accounting operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to quickly contribute in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

+ Prepare and post journal entries

+ Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations

+ Support month-end and year-end close processes

+ Analyze variances and investigate account discrepancies

+ Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity

+ Assist with financial reporting and audit requests

+ Support process improvements and special projects as needed
