**Responsibilities**:
Team Management and Development
Lead and continuously develop the Middleware team, with responsibility for resource planning, task follow-up, and prioritisation.
Oversee daily team operations and ensure effective project execution with strong progress and high-quality outcomes.
Optionally participate in development and architecture work and contribute to technical decisions and solution design.
Foster a positive, collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Drive continuous improvements in work processes, methodologies, and tools.
