As a Telesales GI Executive, you will call up the existing policyholders to assist with the renewal and promote affordable and accessible insurance to customers by relating the importance of insurance to them and/or responding to their queries. You will be depended on to increase the retention rate and reach of our policies. You will first be equipped with comprehensive knowledge of our products. Then, you will be tasked with the mission of sharing the importance of protective insurance and sound financial planning to potential customers through phone discussions, while recommending them suitable policies and addressing their financial needs.
