Location:

Ideally 12 days onsite in Montreal - open to 100% remote work. Occasional travel to Toronto (possibly outside Canada).

Duration:

12 months (35 hours).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing complex programs or projects.
• Experience in large-scale ERP system deployments: HR / Payroll (ideally Workday / Oracle HCM), but Salesforce is also acceptable.
• Multi-entity management, multiple stakeholders (++ entities, multi-country or multi-region).
• Experience in matrix environments and high-growth organizations.
• Experience in digital transformation and change management.
• Expertise in managing system integrators.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits) and/or Workday.
