Communications Manager FCC, Bilingual

Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) seeks a bilingual communications manager to plan, develop, and deliver high‑quality internal and external communications in both English and French.

Location and Working Arrangement

Position is based at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026; thereafter office will move to 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Flexible hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications planning for FCC initiatives, programs, and change initiatives.
• Translate complex or technical FCC concepts into clear, accessible messaging.
• Ensure communications align with FCC brand, tone, and governance standards.
• Advise leaders on communication approaches, sequencing, and risk considerations.
