GES CAD NPD IP/Console/Door Trim/CCB Requirement -1

Experience:

  • 6 - 14 Years

    • Qualification:

  • B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech/M.E (Mechanical & Automotive)

    • No. of Positions:

  • 10

    • Job Location:

  • Chennai

    • Skill Set:

  • CAD/PLM: 3DX/CATIA V6/V5, Teamcenter, Vis Mockup, DMU. Program control: GPDS; FEDE milestones; DVP. Concern Release; 50:50 D&R/CAD. Validation: DV/PV plans; CAE-to-proto, rapid 8D RCA, ICA/PCA closure. Manufacturing/launch: DFM/tooling, PPAP/PSW, line trials, plant support to J1+90. Suppliers/CFTs: Drive suppliers, align D&R/CAE/STA/VOME/Attributes, LQOS, DFMEA, P Diagram, SCCAF, proactive risk/Plan B

    • Domain Knowledge:

  • Strong expertise in automotive interior plastics / Sheetmetal design with Design & Release engineering capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience in Instrument Panel, Door Trim, Console ...
