ENYA is looking for German-speaking professionals for our Digital Identity Verification and Customer Support team in Athens.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct video identification processes
  • Review customer documents and personal information
  • Support digital verification procedures
  • Communicate with customers in German and Greek
  • Follow security and quality standards

    • Requirements

  • German language skills at C1 level or higher
  • Greek language skills at C1 level or higher
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident computer skills
  • Professional and responsible working style
  • Previous experience in customer support or call center operations is an advantage
