Role Overview

Preparation of manufacturer material data for maintenance business. Providing spare part data and manufacturer Bill of materials for Workplace, Datacenter and Networking devices, to ensure operational day-to-day business for global and local customer contracts. Roles at this level will work under general supervision and uses discretion in solving problems. Work is reviewed at frequent milestones, able to determine when a problem needs escalating.
