German Language expert
Must-Have**
β’ 3 to 6 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll
processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP,
Workday, or similar preferred)
β’ Fluency in German
β’ Good understanding of: German tax laws, Social security rules
β’ Collective agreements (TarifvertrΓ€ge), Wage types and statutory
benefits
β’ Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and
entering data.
β’ Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to
completion.
β’ Maintain employment records and individually handle HR
related queries.
β’ Attention to details and excellent analytical skills
β’ Ability to manage deadlines in a demanding environment
β’ Elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
