The role: We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily floor operations, support the team, and maintain our standards of service.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, motivate and develop the front‑of‑house team during service
• Maintain service standards to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction
• Handle reservations, guest relations, and respond to feedback professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth, efficient service
