Job Description
Shape the financial landscape at Georgian College as the Finance Manager within Facilities Management at our Barrie Campus. This full-time position focuses on budget management, project accounting, and operational enhancements, enriching the campus community.
As a vital member of the Facilities Management team, you will handle financial planning, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise will assist the Executive Director in analyzing complex budgets, ensuring effective management of resources for student success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all capital project financial setups and closures
• Lead annual budgets for operating and capital expenditures
• Generate financial reports for provincial and federal funding grants
• Manage year-end purchases and outstanding invoices
• Develop long-term facility budget models and plans
