Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Compliance & Liaison (Malaysia‑Specific)
   • Ensure full compliance with:
     • Mineral Development Act 1994
     • State Mineral Enactments (e.g., Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu depending on site)
     • Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994
     • Environmental Quality Act 1974
   • Liaise with relevant authorities such as:
     • JMG (Jabatan Mineral dan Geosains Malaysia)
     • DOE (Department of Environment)
     • State Land & Mines Office (PTG)
   • Ensure adherence to conditions under:
     • Mining Lease / Prospecting License - Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approvals
   • Oversee submission of statutory and technical reports (e.g., production data, resource updates)
