**What you’ll need to succeed as a** **Human Resources Generalist at XPO**

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ 1 year of experience as a Human Resources (HR) Generalist or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Demonstrate functional knowledge of payroll software, HRIS programs and Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience with advanced Excel functions such as vlookups, pivot tables, etc.
+ An interest in social media
