• Oversee the Building Daily Maintenance, Electrical Works, Mechanical Pumps, Air-Conditioning System, Plumbing Repairs.
• Oversee Works Completed by Contractors.
• Ensure All Technical Equipment/Machines are in Good Running Conditions.
