**Direct Report to:** General Services Manager BG
**POSITION SUMMARY**

1. Administrative Support:
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, checking data reports in Excel, Word, Power point, and maintaining records.
- Receives, sends and distributes parcels and letters.
