Job Introduction                 

We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join the management team at our OMODA / JAECOO Dealership in Solihull.

Building on the strong growth and success achieved since the opening of our Solihull dealership, we are seeking an experienced manager to drive the business forward and lead the team into an exciting new chapter.

The hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis.

Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £70,000.  

The successful individual will possess a positive, hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.
