Job Description

Responsibilities

• Undertakes sales planning based on a thorough study of company business environment: gathers and analyzes environmental data; formulates creative and innovative sales strategies; and prepares challenging but doable Sales Plan for various products.
• Ensures the proper and timely implementation of the Sales Plans by all concerned and the attainment of the division’s sales targets.
• Oversees the efficient management of the following work processes to facilitate the attainment of sales targets.
• Works closely with the Marketing Unit for the sales marketing requirements and coordinates with other units for the division’s needs.
• Facilitates the development of a cohesive and high performing Sales Team.
