+ Metro Detroit, MI candidates only: Must be local to the Detroit market. You’ll begin your journey training hands-on with our team in Farmington Hills gaining real leadership and operational experience

+ Relocate after training: Step into a leadership role in a new state, taking full ownership of a Refloor location
