+ Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of concrete forms
+ Perform general labor tasks including moving, lifting, and assembling materials
+ Consistently lift up to 75 lbs throughout the shift
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
+ Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
+ Work as part of a team to meet production goals
