**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on end-to-end manufacturing of magnet wire products on fully automated, continuous production lines. You will prepare raw materials, monitor automated equipment, and ensure product quality from start to finish. The work is primarily light on the body, with the machines performing most of the physical tasks while you oversee operations, maintain accurate documentation, and move materials safely throughout the facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Handle raw materials by staging and preparing them for production according to specifications.
+ Load production lines by feeding raw wire into the equipment as required to maintain continuous operation.
+ Review and interpret specification sheets to set up machines correctly and make adjustments when needed.
