Newly created role, in addition to our full complement of staff. We would love to recruit some additional sessions to enhance access for our patients, and help with holiday periods. Up to 8 sessions are available, and we would be happy to consider two part time roles of 4 sessions.

In this role you will enjoy: a kind and supportive environment; eight weeks of annual leave; ongoing support from our experienced Partners; and access to our multi-disciplined team. Our direct team includes: 3 GP Partners, 1 long-term GP Locum, 2 Prescribing Nurses, a Prescribing Pharmacist and a Pharmacy Technician. We have regular sessions from an ANP to help with housecalls, Mental Health Nurse, Community Link Worker and Occupational Therapist.
