Position: GM / VP – Projects | Utility-Scale Solar (IPP)

Location: Gujarat, India

Project Scale: ~400 MW Solar IPP

We are a fast-growing Solar IPP seeking an experienced GM / VP – Projects to lead end-to-end execution of a large utility-scale solar project in Gujarat. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar projects (land readiness to commissioning & handover)
Own schedule, cost, quality, HSE, ESG, and regulatory compliance
Manage EPC contractors, multi-vendor packages, and large site teams
Ensure strict adherence to PPA, EPC, O& M, and statutory requirements
Drive design optimization, risk mitigation, and execution governance
Coordinate with DISCOMs, SLDC, state authorities, and local stakeholders
