General Manager – Up to £50,000 – Competitive Socialising

A rapidly growing leader in London’s vibrant socialising scene is looking for an experienced General Manager/AGM to lead the front-of-house operation at one of its flagship venues. This is a heavily floor-based role, and we are specifically looking for a hands-on operator who leads from the front. This is not an office-based management position, the successful candidate will be highly present on the floor, driving service standards, leading the team in real time, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
