Job Description
Responsibilities
- Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives related to the management of the Company and responsible for implementation and achievement of results.
- Coordinate the sales, market development, research and development as well as product operations in the Company.
- Establish and improve the Company's organizational and work system. Responsible for creating an efficient organizational team and building good communication channels.
- Coordinate the relevant internal/external work relationships, maintain and enhance the Company's brand image and reputation.
- Responsible for the formulation of the management department's business plan according to the strategic objectives proposed by the group headquarters and oversee the implementation to ensure the completion of the annual business tasks.
